Please enjoy the beach safely by following these Town regulations...
No animals are allowed on the beach.
Non-motorized bicycles are permitted on the beach, but please respect your fellow visitors.
No fireworks, fires or flames on the beach at any time.
No tents, shelters, canopies, coolers, umbrellas, towels etc. can be left on the beach from 8 pm to 8 am.
No alcohol can be served or consumed on the beach.
No glass on the beach.
No sales or services are allowed on the beach with the exception of the licensed beach concessionaires.
Please only leave your footprints in the sand. Take all garbage with you for proper disposal.
During Sea Turtle Season - May thru November - Please close your blinds/curtains and extinguish balcony lights between the hours of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
All weddings must be approved by the upland property owner and Town Hall.
